New Year Resolutions For Ball Players

1. Get tour free throw % to 85 and above.
Go to the gym shoot 25 free throws with your strong hand than shoot normal and make 25. Repeat this throughout the season it should get better.
2.Shoot a better from 3.
This is a workout called Heaven or Hell. you need a friend to help out. You start at the half court line run up to the top of the key and shoot. You make it you get 1 point you miss you loose 2. Keep going till you get +8 or -8. If you get -8 you run 5 suicides. If you get +8 you win. Repeat process to get better.
3.Get all boards.
Get another friend. Throw the ball at the back board with your friend right behind you and you keep rotating with the ball in the air. 1st person to drop or miss the ball looses. Keep going until your calves burn.
4.Play better D
When you play pick up games with friends change the rules to score. The only way to score is to get a D-rebound 1 point get a O-rebound 2 points block 3 points steal 4 points. If you score your opponent looses the amount the field goal was. 1st team to negative 10 looses 1st to 20 wins. Great game and adds a different feel to the game.

3.D-Will is back Pierce off the bench for awhile.
Pierce has been saying that D-Will is the head of the snake for the team and that they need him to lead them to a chip, its going to take a lot of work it could be done
4.Miami looses to the Pacers.
Everyone was talking about this game saying that who ever wins this will get out of the east but others say this doesn't matter at all. This game doesn't mean much because the Miami heat lost there 1st game to the pacers last year and won the chip and also the heats new recruit Greg Oden didn't play. He was required exactly for this reason,to stop Roy Hibbert. He should be ready for the pacers in there 3rd matchup.

They're tied for last in the Eastern Conference with the Bucks with a record of 3 and 13, they're also on a 9 game loosing streak and 12.5 games behind the pacers. After last years season the Knicks should be the 3rd or 4th seat right now. the only excuse that they have is that they lost there all star center Tyson Chandler, but still the Knicks should not be so far down in the conference.
